Mohamed Hussein PT, DPT, MSA

Mohamed was born in Egypt. He graduated from High Institute of Physical Therapy at Cario University in Cario, Egypt in 1985 with a B.S. in Physical Therapy in the top 10% of his class. He was employed for 2 years in Zagzig, Egypt and then 2 years in Saudi Arabia. He then followed his dream of moving to the United States in 1992. While living in the United States, he continued his education at Cairo University online and flying back to Egypt taking exams as needed to obtain his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. He obtained a M.S. degree in Health Care Administration in 1995 from Central Michigan University. In May 2013, Mohamed earned his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of South Florida. He has held various positions in Jacksonville and Tampa, Florida. Some of these positions included staff therapist as well as Director of Rehabilitation clinics.
Mohamed is also certified in Functional Capacity Evaluation, Vertigo and Balance Rehabilitation, and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. Mohamed is trained in Manual Therapy.

Cassie graduated from Florida A&M University in 2012 with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. She enjoys working with a wide variety of upper extremity diagnosis including shoulder injuries, elbow pain, carpel tunnel and arthritis.
Ankit Patel, DPT
Licensed Physical TherapistAnkit was born in Anand, Gujarat, India. He moved to the United States when he was 13 years old. He attended and graduated Rutherford High School in Panama City, FL. He then obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from Florida A&M University. Ankit enjoys participating in all sports, CrossFit and attending Jacksonville Jaguars football games.
Melissa Oliver, LPTA
Licensed Physical Therapist AssistantMelissa graduated from Gulf Coast State College in 2006 with an Associate’s in Science as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Melissa attained her licensure in 2010 and has been working for Advance Rehab since that time. She enjoys working with children and adults.
Dariol Ford (D.J.), LMT
Licensed Massage TherapistD.J. grew up in that Panhandle area. He attended Hanley Technical School where he received his Massage Therapy degree. D.J. enjoys working with patients young and old. In his free time he likes to relax by playing video games and he loves to eat pizza everyday.
Laura Walker, LMT
Licensed Massage TherapistLaura is a licensed massage therapist and skin care specialist. She has been sharing her healing touch with children and adults for over 20 years. Laura has additional education in energy healing, British sports therapy, active isolated stretching, pregnancy, hot&cold stones, essential oils and myofacial release.
Tonya Hamilton
Medical BillerTonya is a licensed Medical Coder/Biller. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University. Tonya enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing on the beach during her free time.
